Selibon Media has implemented the Sub-Agency Model to strengthen its position in the industry and achieve more scalable growth, all while offering the most advantageous opportunities in the industry! Each member can open their own agency and lead the development of their own publishing team. Benefits: ▪ The entire process is carried out under Selibon Media's guarantee. ▪ 100% of the generated activity income (50% + 25% + 25%) belongs entirely to the sub-agency owner. ▪ Additionally, they continue to earn referral rewards. (3,000 TL for each new member) ▪ Members of the main agency can be transferred to sub-agencies (if convinced). This right also applies to the agency owner's own account. ▪ Most importantly, sub-agency members continue to fully benefit from all the benefits of Selibon Medya. In short, sub-agency owners can manage the development of their own publishers and retain all of the revenue generated by them. Criteria We Require to Become a Sub-Agency ▪ A thorough understanding of Selibon Medya's goals and operating model. (A qualification exam may be administered if necessary.) ▪ Having signed at least five new publishers who are suitable, have potential, and are active in joining the agency. * A demonstrated track record of compliance and success in publishing. (References will be obtained from current executives.) Our Performance Expectations: We will be considering the following criteria to ensure each sub-agency's growth and standing in the industry. (Details will be included in the contracts.) ▪ Exceed the 1M Diamond threshold within a 6-month period and stay within this threshold → (50% revenue) ▪ Achieve at least 20% monthly growth → (25% additional revenue) ▪ Develop at least 2 new "graduates" (broadcasters who reach the 100K Diamond threshold) monthly → (25% additional revenue) ▪ Stay within the 50% Go Live ratio (At least half of the broadcasters in the sub-agency must have active broadcasts.) These criteria directly impact the determination of revenue rates, contract continuity, and acquisition quotas.
