PK Match Notification Policy Purpose: To encourage our members who participate in official PK (Player Knockout) matches on TikTok and provide them with additional viewing support. To benefit from this policy, you must provide us with the date and time of the PK match. Scope: This policy applies to all PK matches featured in official TikTok events. Only official PK matches identified by the system are included in this policy, excluding other events or unofficial PK matches. Notification Requirements: The date and time of the PK match must be notified to Selibon Medya before the event. Notifications must be made through the appointment system in our app. Incomplete or inaccurate information may prevent support from being provided. Additional Viewing Support: Selibon Medya will provide additional viewing support for reported PK matches. This support is independent of Selipay points and is provided to increase the match's viewing rate. Selipay Point Usage: You do not need to spend Selipay points to benefit from the additional viewing bonus; your points will not be affected. If you require additional gift support for PK matches, you can schedule an appointment with your SeliPay points from the "Broadcast Gift" tab. This support is separate from the viewing bonus. Compliance and Liability: Misleading reports or unjustified support requests will be rejected, and if malicious use is detected, the member may be banned from the platform. Right to Amend: Selibon Media reserves the right to make changes to this policy; any changes will apply to all members when they go into effect.
