4. What Can You Do?
Don't worry! At this stage, we step in to solve the problem.

Submit your appeal using the violation notification you received and await a response. If your appeal is rejected, you can log in to the Selibon Mobile app and reserve a spot using the "Request Support for Erroneous Ban/Cut!" service. We will initiate the necessary action as soon as possible upon receiving your request.
🤭 But let's say a bad sentence/word escaped your mouth and you realized it at that moment:
Try to make amends immediately and state out loud that "this kind of rhetoric is actually not nice" and that "this kind of rhetoric on TikTok is grounds for bans and restrictions." As long as you don't use these kinds of compensation methods maliciously or repeatedly, the review team will take them into consideration.
😤 It happens to all of us sometimes; we get angry or want to make dark humor:
At this stage, you can censor the words that come out of your mouth.
💡 How? It's similar to the censorship applied to scenes in TV series or movies. Slurring certain words or letters while speaking will prevent a ban or restriction. As long as you can manage this, you can push your limits. After all, dark humor is inherent in human nature, and there's no denying that.
5. Community Rules
Selibon Media aims to be a friendly and safe community. Here are some simple rules you should follow:

Avoid negative behavior such as spam, harassment, or hate speech.
Make sure your content is legal and ethical.
Commercial advertisements, illegal activities or obscene content are strictly prohibited.
Following our rules is important to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience. If you violate the rules, your account may be suspended or closed. We can create a beautiful community by following our rules together.

12. Membership Termination
You can terminate your membership at any time without giving any reason. All you have to do is contact us and request to leave. We will handle the rest within 24 hours at the latest.
13. Changes and Updates
All referrals made for the purpose of sharing personal data or financial gain fall into this category.

⚠️ Product Marketing and Sales:
Marketing a product, making sales, or promoting a brand falls into this category.

- We produce Nike products in our own workshop. (Confusion about brand prestige)
- Those who want to buy this product, let it rain money.

📌 Content Promotion: You can promote a brand, product, or service to your viewers. However, you must enable the "Content Promotion" option before going live.
⚠️ Gambling Related Content:
Casino, poker, slot games, roulette, lotteries, betting tips or any content that evokes them are included in this category.

⚠️ Words That Will Get You Banned Directly:
Words that are considered violations even when uttered alone on air, are associated with sensitive content, and are grounds for a net ban are as follows.
FREAK, CASHMERE, GAY, PITCHY, FAG, TOP, TURN, TURN, SOGI, LGBT, TRANS, TRAVESTRY, LESBIAN, ONLYFANS, PORN, PORNHUB, INCEST, SEX, DEALERS, COCAINE, MARSHMALLOW, FUCKING etc.
⚠️ Things That Cause Account Closure:
▪ Links to pages containing sexual content. (Account will be closed)
▪ Links to UC sales pages. (Account will be closed)
▪ Messages sent from the TikTok message box. (The ability to send messages is suspended depending on the content of the message upon the recipient's complaint.) (3 violations will result in account closure.)
▪ 3 video violations in the last 90 days.
▪ 7 LIVE Broadcast violations in the last 90 days.
📉 Actions That Drop Views Without Warning:
▪ Constantly consuming beverages in front of the camera.
▪ Showing/playing a logo, image or video longer than 15 seconds.
▪ Drawing marks on the face/body.
▪ Spilling something on the body.
▪ Kneeling in a pleading manner.
▪ Loud, disturbing sounds coming into the broadcast.
▪ Request for follow-up in exchange for a promise. (Excessive repetition)
▪ The act of sending a treasure box in exchange for a promise. (Excessive repetition)
▪ Asking for gifts with repetitive audio or short videos.
▪ Broadcasts that are visually poor quality, blurry or made in poor light.
▪ Unstable internet connection.
▪ Sharing images only, without real-time verbal communication.
▪ Remaining still in front of the camera.
▪ Nothing happens on camera.
▪ Repetitive double click/follow/like statements.
▪ Do not glorify or invite other social media platforms through excessive repetition.
(There is no harm in saying "You can follow me on Instagram/YouTube" during the broadcast, for no more than 15 seconds.)
▪ Slapping someone in the face (excessive actions are grounds for a ban)
▪ Shaving hair or eyebrows. (Excessive actions may result in a ban)
▪ Eating raw insects. Or eating something unidentified.
▪ Showering with ice water.
▪ Entering into muddy water or mud.
▪ Intentionally destroying valuables.
▪ Noisy environments.
▪ Frequent user blocking.
📈 Actions That Increase Views:
▪ Facial movements such as smiling.
▪ Body movements such as waving and dancing.
▪ Vibrant activities such as cooking, action shots, etc.
▪ Reading aloud comments made in the chat that do not constitute a violation of the rules.
▪ The background should not be a solid color or be selectable and not overly complex.

▪ If you have received a ban/restriction due to a faulty situation, do not object to it.
